Customer security is a priority. This page contains guidelines to recognise and avoid fraud attempts using the Nexim name or identity.
What Nexim never does
- Never asks for passwords, OTPs or PINs via email, SMS, chat or phone.
- Never requests payments to prepaid cards, crypto, money transfer or IBANs other than the official ones in your contract.
- Never sends links to "verify your account", "unblock the service" or "avoid suspension".
- Never uses domains other than nexim.it, nexim.global, neximglobal.com and their subdomains.
- Never offers jobs, investments, guaranteed returns or "exclusive opportunities".
Warning signs
- URLs with ambiguous characters (nex1m.it, nexím.it, neximglobal.support).
- Grammatical errors, artificial urgency, suspension threats.
- Unsolicited .zip, .exe, .scr, .iso, .htm/.html attachments.
- Requests to install TeamViewer, AnyDesk or remote software from operators you did not contact.
- Unknown international phone numbers, synthetic voices, audio deepfakes.
How to verify
- Always contact Nexim through the official details published on nexim.it.
- Check the HTTPS certificate: must be issued to Nexim Italia S.r.l. or Nexim Global.
- Verify email senders through SPF / DKIM / DMARC headers (for technical users).
- When in doubt, write to abuse@nexim.it attaching the suspicious email/SMS.
If you have been scammed
- Immediately change compromised passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
- Report to the Postal Police (commissariatodips.it) or the local authorities in your country.
- Contact your bank/card if you provided payment details.
- Report the incident via "Report abuse" so we can protect other customers.
